  Food was as good as any other. But...
  They took our order and then switched workers on us mid order and I had to restate it all over again. Just seemed odd.

  Braum's usually delivers great food and the grocery section is excellent as well. You would think that would warrant 4-5 stars, right? Here is why they get only three. In the past year their customer service has lacked greatly. They mess up our order every time and we are not difficult people. The past two times we've ordered a garden salad with crispy chicken strips. We order two extra strips and we end up splitting the salad because they are huge. This particular Braum's does not provide honey mustard dressing, no biggie. We order the honey mustard dipping sauce and it works out perfectly. These past visits it gets addressed when we order but, when we get home no honey mustard. In fact, no dressing at all. We've tried to call just to let the manager know and maybe address the training issue, no answer. We have had conversations with the manager on a couple of other occasions he was extremely rude. One time in particular it was a medium root beer float that was only half full. He said it just comes that way. He must think we fell off the turnip truck after we were born yesterday. Needless to say, we will not go back.
